Marcin Sadlej is a seasoned expert in ECM and M&A transaction advisory with over 30 years of experience in the financial sector. Since 2007, as a Managing Partner at CC Group responsible for transaction advisory, he has successfully managed over 200 transactions totalling over EUR 4bn focusing on IT, technology, space and life sciences. Previously, Marcin held key roles as director at CA IB Financial Advisors, UniCredit CA IB Polska, and as a member of the Board at Centralny Dom Maklerski Pekao. His early career included research at Société Générale Securities Polska and Korona TFI. Marcin is also an active member of several supervisory boards, and has contributed to the growth of leading Polish companies.
